We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapist department. This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern, across two sites, Circle Integrated Care - North Hampshire, Basingstoke and Alton. Duties of this role include: • Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. • Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. • Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care. Caseload and Prioritisation • Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs. • Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care. • Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services. Applicants should meet the following criteria: • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist. • At least 2 years solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas. • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities. • Commitment to team working and service improvement.
