Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off (10pm-10am)

Brook Street Social Care is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established children's residential service, recruiting Waking Night Support Workers for their 2 and 1 bedded children's homes in Preston, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
The Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing a safe, calm and nurturing environment during night hours. You'll support young people with emotional regulation, ensure safeguarding standards are upheld, complete night-time routines and respond confidently to any incidents.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience working in a children's residential home
* Experience supporting children with EBD
* A full UK driving licence - ESSENTIAL
* Calm, resilient and confident approach
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and boundaries
