Senior Associate – Indirect Real Estate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a Tier 1 ranked Indirect Real Estate practice. This highly regarded team advises on market-leading, complex and often cross-border transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including logistics, office, retail, build-to-rent, and student accommodation.
The work spans corporate-wrapped real estate M&A, joint ventures, investment management transactions and the structuring of private REITs, acting for a client base that includes sovereign wealth funds, private equity real estate managers, pension funds, and leading institutional investors.
You will have at least 5PQE gained at a leading law firm, with a background in indirect/corporate real estate or broader corporate M&A/JV matters. Exceptional drafting, project management and commercial skills are essential, together with the ability to deliver practical advice and build strong client relationships. Funds experience is not required.
