Job Title: Domestic Solar Sales Manager

Location: Edinburgh or Chandlers Ford (weekly team days on site)

Salary: £34,720 - £43,400 per annum, OTE £65k

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving the UK’s renewable energy transition? Utilita Home is expanding our Domestic Solar division, and we’re looking for a motivated Domestic Solar Sales Manager to lead our growing team!


Responsibilities

* Shape and deliver Utilita Home’s domestic solar sales strategy
* Lead the sales team, drive performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Advance the mission to bring affordable, sustainable energy to homes across the UK


Qualifications

* Proven sales leader with experience in managing high-performing teams
* Experience in solar or wider renewable energy sector preferable
* Strong track record of achieving ambitious sales targets
* Excellent communication, reporting, and organisational skills with a customer‑first mindset
* Strategic thinker, adaptable to changing industry conditions
