We have a new opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join us as an Infrastructure Architect role to help shape, assure and evolve the platforms that underpin our services during a major period of transformation over the next 5-7 years.

What you’ll be doing as an Infrastructure Architect
* Designs and assures secure, resilient and scalable infrastructure across on‑prem, cloud and hybrid environments
* Produces clear, pragmatic high level designs that delivery and operations teams can rely on
* Works closely with managed service providers, challenging and assuring designs and services
* Ensures infrastructure meets availability, performance, security and regulatory requirements
* Supports service design and transition, so new platforms are operable from day one
* Contributes to standards, reference architectures and enterprise wide technical decisions
What we’re looking for in an Infrastructure Architect
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you have:
* Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect or senior infrastructure design authority
* Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure including networks, compute, storage and backup
* Strong experience designing hybrid environments, integrating on‑prem platforms with Azure
* Confidence acting as a technical assurance lead across projects and suppliers
* Experience producing and presenting HLDs, architecture decisions and design artefacts
* A solid grasp of operational service design, resilience, DR and business continuity
* Experience working in regulated, mission critical or highly visible environments
Nice to have (but not essential)
* Zero Trust, identity led or secure access architectures
* Exposure to container platforms or infrastructure automation (IaC)
* Experience with monitoring, observability and performance tooling
* Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
