Job Description
We are seeking an in-house manufacturing technician to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities include:
* Assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing Komar equipment with a team
* Using precision measuring instruments and gauges
* Performing equipment testing
* Interpreting mechanical drawings
* Conducting quality inspections on products and parts
* Preparing finished products for shipment
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area
* Communicating effectively
Qualifications:
* Dependable, reliable, and punctual
* Safety-minded and self-motivated
* 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields
* Experience with 5T-15T overhead cranes
* Familiarity with assembly tools and metal shop equipment
* Basic hand tools proficiency
* Mathematically and mechanically inclined
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Ability to pass drug test and background check
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements: Medium physical activity; includes bending, kneeling, stooping, crawling, climbing ladders, stairs, and other equipment; standing and walking; maximum unassisted lift of 75 lbs., average less than 35 lbs.
Work Environment: Inside manufacturing facility; exposure to dust, oil, grime, fumes, industrial lubricants; moderate noise level; required PPE such as safety shoes, eye protection, hearing protection when necessary; exposure to grinding and welding debris.
