The Role - What You'll Be Doing
Accounts Payable
1. Ensuring supplier invoices are approved and matched to purchase orders
2. Posting supplier invoices into the accounting system accurately and on time
3. Preparing and running weekly supplier payment runs
4. Responding to supplier queries and building strong relationships
5. Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger
6. Posting and reconciling credit card transactions
