Catering Supervisor
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £12.75 per hour
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and proven experience leading a team in a fast‑paced catering environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support the dining room, coffee bars and dishwashing teams
2. Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
3. Oversee the daily operation of catering services to ensure efficiency and quality
4. Support staff training, motivation and performance
5. Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues
6. Assist with stock control and ensuring compliance with food safety standards
About You
7. Experience in customer service is essential
8. Previous team leadership or supervisory experience within catering or hospitality
9. Positive, proactive and able to motivate others
10. Strong communication and organisational skills
11. Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
