£42,000 per annum (plus annual bonus up to 27%)

Responsibilities
* Deputise for the Site Operations Manager during absences for all operational requirements on site
* Create a winning culture by transforming customer service and keeping customers at the heart of decisions
* Take ownership of the Site Management Team recruitment
* Lead department teams to deliver excellent brand standards and customer service
* Ensure compliance with Moto and brand standards, escalating issues to the Region Manager
* Ensure all Moto, health & safety and food safety checks are completed and escalated appropriately
* Manage and achieve stock holding targets and departmental sales targets
* Analyse financial/performance data to keep each unit efficient and profitable, ensuring basic cost controls are in place
Skills & Knowledge
* Proven track record leading teams in a high volume retail or catering environment
* Experience delivering against budgets, P&L, labour costs, ratios and cost‑saving initiatives
* Strong relationship building with stakeholders
* Experience motivating and developing teams through mentoring, training, and succession planning
* Ability to remain calm under pressure in a high‑stress environment
