Hours of Work: Full time
Responsibilities
* Conducting surveys and site inspections
* Preparing detailed reports and recommendations
* Liaising with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
* Managing multiple projects under tight timelines
Requirements
* RICS accredited qualification or equivalent
* Proven experience in Building Surveying
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools
