A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a new full-time receptionist and administrator to join our fantastic reception and student support team. The student support team work collaboratively and are well led leading to excellent provision for students and parents. Applicants should have strong reception-based experience with the ability to always deliver first class professional front of house service. The successful candidate will be a confident person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to provide an efficient and friendly service, and act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors to the school. On Monday and Tuesday, you will be based with the admin office and on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday you will be based on reception. On Monday and Tuesday your role would be to build good relationships with parents of disadvantaged students, improving their attendance and providing administrative support to help them achieve.
The successful applicant will:

* have strong administrative skills;
* have a good understanding of using Office 365;

Hatch End High School is a highly successful multi-cultural Academy located in Harrow, London.
Sixth-form facilities were opened on the site in 2010 and a brand new rebuild in 2019. The school currently has approximately 1,250 students aged 11-18, including 270 in the Sixth Form.
