We’re seeking experienced recruitment professionals to join our team as Senior Recruitment Consultants, focusing on delivering best-in-class recruitment solutions to clients in the renewable energy space.
The Role
* Lead and manage relationships with high-profile clients across the renewable energy industry, becoming their trusted recruitment partner.
* Identify and secure top-tier talent for permanent roles globally, using advanced sourcing techniques and market expertise.
* Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, contributing to the overall success of the team.
* Deliver market insights to clients, positioning yourself as an industry expert.
* Expand business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship building.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a successful 360 recruitment consultant – strong delivery focused/180 recruiters who have the ability and drive to pick up business development will also be considered.
* Experience in permanent recruitment is preferred, as is experience within energy, construction, or a related technical sector.
* A track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
* Ambition to grow your career within a global organisation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A strong understanding of the renewable energy market is a significant advantage.
