Work location: Sheffield (onsite, part time) Fixed term for 6 months.

Working hours: We are open to 3, 4 or 5 days per week: 09.30 – 14.00

Salary: Up to: £13,262

The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you thrive in a busy and vibrant environment where no two days are the same? If so, Littlefish wants to hear from you!

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Sheffield Office and a vital part of our In-house support function. This is a fixed term, 6 months, part time role.

You will be:

1. Creating a warm and professional first impression for all visitors and callers
2. Supporting our HR and Learning & Development teams with admin and coordination
3. Managing facilities requests and liaising with contractors
4. Keeping our offices stocked, organised, and running like clockwork
5. Handling post, couriers, and deliveries with precision
6. Issuing internal communications and maintaining key systems

What you’ll bring:

7. A positive mindset and a passion for customer service
8. Experience in reception or front-of-house roles
9. Strong communication and organisational skills
10. Confidence using MS Office and telecommunications systems
11. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
12. A team spirit and the initiative to get things done
