Job Description
3. Managing administrative tasks, including filing, handling mail, and preparing reports.
4. Assisting with project management by organising and scheduling project activities.
5. Coordinating communication between the team and stakeholders.
6. Maintaining an organised system of physical and digital records.
7. Responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels
8. Ensuring all materials are delivered when scheduled on-site
9. Handling procurement processes and maintaining supplier relationships.
10. Ensuring the adherence to company policies and procedures at all times
The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Administrator should have:
11. Proven administrative and organisational skills.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

14. Proficiency in MS Office,
