Salary: £95–£110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in secondary schools across Northampton.
The school holds a large parking area for staff and is easily accessible via public transport, working in a close and supportive team with lots of opportunities to develop within the department.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficulties to access the curriculum and thrive in a classroom setting. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you will support students on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within the classroom environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Previous experience working with young people or in education (formal or informal)
* A patient, nurturing, and proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A good standard of literacy and numeracy
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma) – desirable but not essential
