We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Drama Teachers to work within secondary schools across Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers, ECTs, and performing arts specialists looking to make a positive impact in the classroom.
As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that encourage creativity, confidence and self-expression.
Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive
Encouraging students to develop their performance, communication and teamwork skills
Supporting students to build confidence both on and off the stage
Contributing to extracurricular activities, productions and performances where appropriate
Upholding safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times
✅ UK QTS or be currently completing teacher training
✅ Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Drama and the performing arts
✅ Excellent communication and classroom management skills
✅ A professional, proactive and flexible approach
✅ A genuine passion for education and supporting student success
