Customer Sales Advisor
Location | Office-based in Colchester
Salary | £28,000 Basic + Quarterly Bonus
Hours | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

What you'll be doing
* Turning customer enquiries into profitable orders for branded promotional merchandise.
* Advising clients on product options and branding methods.
* Preparing accurate quotes and visuals.
* Processing and managing orders from start to finish using our internal system.
* Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure right-first-time delivery.
* Following up on website enquiries by phone and email to convert leads.
* Staying on top of admin and order updates to keep everything on track.
What They're looking for
* At least 2 years' office experience in an admin-heavy, customer service-based role.
* Someone who stays calm and focused when things get busy.
* A genuine team player with a can-do attitude and hunger to learn.
* Great attention to detail and top-notch communication skills.
