Job overview
The post holder will be responsible for coordinating the administration service in relation to the University of Lancashire School of Medicine & Dentistry programmes within the Trust, working closely with the relevant Leads and working within set deadlines.
The post holder will work in partnership with all relevant external Higher Education Institutions and internal members of the Team, to ensure all programme standards are maintained. The post holder will act as the key link between the Trust and University of Lancashire’s School of Medicine & Dentistry programmes, feeding back information in a timely manner to the wider Team.
The post holder must have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead on set projects. There will be the requirement to support the Allocations Team with Learner inductions which run throughout the academic year, along with other areas of work as and when required.

Essential criteria
7. Educated to A level or NVQ equivalent
8. ECDL or equivalent
Knowledge & Experience

9. Relevant administrative experience
10. Experience of working within a multidisciplinary Team
11. Experience of working with both internal and external stakeholders in order to build collaborative relationships
12. Ability to work independently as well as within a team
13. Experience of working with universities
14. Experience of placement planning and timetabling

15. General understanding of education in a health care setting
