We are seeking a candidate to join the Temporary Accommodation Private Sector Leasing Team. Are you passionate about making a difference in housing? We are looking for a Senior Property and Support Officer to become a part of our Private Sector Leasing Team. This team plays a crucial role in providing quality temporary accommodation through partnerships with property management agencies. The ideal candidate will provide customers with a seamless, customer-centric experience while managing relationships to foster a culture of trust and openness. Key responsibilities include: Lead on managing a portfolio of leased properties, ensuring compliance, safety and high standards Supports and guides property officers, helping the team deliver excellent customer service to landlords and customers. Work collaboratively with landlords and internal teams to maintain properties and resolve issues. Contribute to continuous improvement across PSL Promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all areas.
