The Opportunity
A leading engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-level electronic security systems on a major life sciences campus development in Oxford.
The project includes cutting-edge laboratories, research facilities and collaborative spaces, with a fully integrated security solution across the site including:
* IP CCTV
* Access Control
* Intruder Detection
* Video Management Systems

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the engineering, installation and delivery of large-scale security systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the delivery of enterprise-scale electronic security systems
* Coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
* Managing project controls, installation quality and programme
* Producing RAMS, reports and technical documentation
* Ensuring H&S compliance and security standards
* Driving successful commissioning and handover
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering electronic security projects
* Strong client and stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of BSEN, NSI and H&S regulations
* Experience with IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems
* VMS platforms such as Milestone
* Understanding of IP networks and ELV systems
* Relevant qualification (C&G, HNC/HND or similar)
