Job Description
3. Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
4. Input and review journals, supporting month-end accounting tasks
5. Assist with management accounts, reporting, and variance analysis
6. Support revenue, gross margin, fixed assets, rental, and cash processes
7. Provide accurate financial information and resolve commercial queries
8. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
9. Cover for other team members as needed, demonstrating flexibility
The Successful Applicant
10. A1-3 years' accounting or finance experience, ideally in a commercial or transactional role
11. AAT qualified or studying ACCA/CIMA at intermediate level
12. Strong Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems desirable
13. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data
14. Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships
15. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
16. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to contribute across multiple finance functions
