Due to rapid growth, Wilson Recruitment are looking for driven, sales-focused Recruitment Consultants across the Driving, Industrial and Catering sectors.

What youll be doing:
Business development, sales & lead generation
Winning new clients and growing existing accounts
Negotiating terms, rates & margins
Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline
Advertising, interviewing & placing candidates
On-call rota (some weekends)
Hours: 08:0016:00, MondayFriday
What were looking for:
Recruitment experience (temps desk preferred)
Sales-driven, target-focused mindset
Strong relationship builder & negotiator
Industrial experience beneficial but not essential
Full UK driving license & own vehicle required
