The Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join the team from January 2026. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire children to achieve their full potential, while creating a nurturing classroom environment where every pupil feels supported and confident to succeed.
This position is ideal for a teacher who is eager to make an impact within a collaborative primary school community.
Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
• Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to ensure every child achieves their goals.
• Establish a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, curiosity, and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Contribute to school initiatives and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
The Ideal Candidate
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• A strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective classroom practice.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• A reflective practitioner committed to ongoing professional growth and development.
