Job Title: Office Assistant Location: Wtaford Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Working Pattern: Office-based (Monday to Friday 9.30am-3pm with some flexibility) Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to join our clienst team and support the day-to-day operations of their Watford office. You’ll play a key role in creating a professional, well-organised and welcoming workplace, assisting with general office duties and providing administrative support to the Company Secretary and wider team. Key Responsibilities: * Meet and greet visitors; manage front-of-house duties * Handle calls, messages, and general enquiries * Manage office supplies, post distribution and kitchen stock * Support meeting arrangements, including room setup and catering * Assist with travel bookings and expense processing * Provide admin support for leadership meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-ups) * Maintain communal areas to a high standard What We’re Looking For: * Prior office or administrative experience * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.) * Professional, trustworthy and discreet * GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (minimum) * Positive, flexible, and can-do attitude Desirable: * Customer service background * Qualification in office administration or business studies * Experience in a professional or corporate environment Whats on Offer: * Friendly and supportive work environment * Varied and hands-on role * Opportunity to support a dynamic team Apply today with an upto date CV, jjoin a team that values professionalism, attention to detail and a positive workplace culture.
