Senior Business Analyst | up to £50,000 | Hybrid, Sheffield
Responsibilities:
* Identify, investigation, analyse and communicate complex business problems across complex projects and programmes of work.
* Coach and mentor team members.
* Lead workshops and focus groups to understand business problems and user needs within products or services.
* Produce documentation to support projects and programmes of work.
* Lead analysis and information gathering for evidence based recommendations for improvements.
Experience:
* Experience of software development using Agile methodologies.
* Experience of conducting analysis, investigations and evidence gathering for business improvements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience of leading discovery and alpha phase activities.
* Experience of improving business analysis practice.
Salary
They offer a salary package of up to £50,000 plus benefits.
Location
The client is based in Sheffield and they are looking for someone to be in office 2x per week.
