Production Team Leader (Joinery Manufacturing)

Hours:Monday to Friday
Salary:35k - 45k per annual.
Lead a Skilled Joinery Production Team in a Fast-Growing Manufacturing Environment
We are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to oversee a small team within our busy joinery manufacturing workshop. Youll supervise around 4 production staff and ensure high-quality output across cutting, pressing, machining, lipping, and CNC processes.
This role is perfect for someone with strong joinery/manufacturing knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate a small production team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
2. Oversee workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure efficient use of machinery and materials.
3. Maintain high standards of accuracy across cutting, machining, pressing, and assembly.
4. Ensure all products meet strict quality requirements before leaving the department.
5. Manage stock levels, forward planning, and procurement of materials.
6. Keep equipment and workshop areas in safe, well-maintained working order.
