Role Overview
You will be the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will focus on customer needs and learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers, wishing them a fond farewell in a warm manner to ensure a memorable experience.
2. Provide exceptional service, helping customers find products suitable for them across in-store and multi-channel sales.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
5. Maintain shop floor and back of house tidiness.
6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
8. Follow all FatFace policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to GDPR procedures at all times.

6. Team player with good time management skills.
