A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Earley is seeking a proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11 to 18 with SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural difficulties.
This full-time Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role would suit Psychology or Criminology graduates, aspiring Youth Workers, or individuals with experience in mentoring or behaviour support.

Salary: £89-£100 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Start Date: ASAPAs a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students with behaviour intervention plans
Implement de-escalation and positive reinforcement strategies
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Encourage positive social interactions and engagement in learning
Work alongside teaching staff and SEN professionalsYou will gain valuable experience in behaviour management, safeguarding, and trauma-informed approaches.
