Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Static Engineer – Mechanical biased to join the team:
This role requires a person who is happy with a static role – the position is based on a high end campus.
The Role
* You will be carrying out a range of mechanical maintenance, general ppms and maintenance on this newly built high end building.
* You will be carrying out service and repair works you must be able to demonstrate experience in this.
* Providing excellent service when on site - building and maintaining long term relationships with client.
* You will have full knowledge and operation of all plant and services for which you are responsible which includes the following operating procedures:
* Preparation of plant start up.
* Plant start-up (normal and emergency).
* Running checks. Plant changeover.
* Plant shutdown (normal and emergency).
* Fault Finding. Optimum Plant Run Times.
The Person
* You will be level 2 or 3 qualified in mechanical/plumbing/heating/hvac or associated qualification
* You will be happy working permanently on site at a high end building
* You will have experience carrying out mechanical maintenance and ideally have experience working in a static or foot role previously.
* You will have excellent customer and communication skills
The Package
* Starting salary of upto £4 2,000
* Callout 1 week in 11 - £200 fee for being on the rota and then overtime rates apply should you be called out at 3 hour minimum
* Vehicle Provided
* Overtime available
