1. Any duties/task as delegated by the Department Head 2. Advise the Bde Comd, DCOS and all unit G1 staff on Disciplinary, Administrative Action, Service Complaint procedure and Compulsary Drug Testing. 3. Lead for discipline and the development of all 102 OS Bde Disciplinary Policies and Procedures. 4. Manage and process all applications for 130(A) Compulsory Premature Discharge across the formation. 5. Owner of the Bde INCREP and NOTICAS process. 6. Responsible for monthly APSG Assuance and Compliance checks on all Service Law and Warnings and Sanction SRs (Service Requests). 7. Provide advice to the COC for the management of SP designated as Public Attention Soldier (PAS) or Public Attention Officer (PAO). 8. Provide regular discipline training and monthly updates to all Bde unts. 9. Preparation and management of Service Complaints (SC) and the provision of advice to units on the SC process.
