Business Development Manager / Sales Executive

Based in South Liverpool, (Office + Field Based)

Full-Time, Monday to Friday

£30,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Benefits


About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to join a dynamic out-of-home (OOH) media provider, specialising in non-traditional advertising formats such as taxi ads, mobile billboards, digital ads, and vehicle wraps.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding market share by generating new business, developing strong client relationships, and delivering creative advertising solutions to a diverse range of clients and agencies across the UK.

Key Responsibilities of Business Development Manager / Sales Executive

* Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and agencies
* Plan and lead strategic marketing campaigns based on client briefs
* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
* Contribute to new product ideas and service improvements
* Maintain accurate and timely reports (WIPs, KPIs, client updates)
* Deliver an exceptional standard of service in every client interaction


What You’ll Bring

* At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within media, marketing, or advertising
* Proven track record in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals
* Strong existing network or confidence in building one
* Results-driven mindset with a tenacious approach to sales
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong planning and time management abilities
* Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and social media
* Experience working with marketing/media buying agencies (a plus)
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented
* Knowledge of OOH advertising is beneficial but not essential
