Whats the role all about?
As a Social Care Coordinator for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), youll be responsible for ensuring the social care elements of EHCPs are robust, timely, and aligned with national standards. Youll work on behalf of children and young people aged 025, whether they are open to social work services and ensure that their care needs are accurately reflected in their plans. Your work will help the local authority meet its statutory responsibilities under the SEND Code of Practice.
