We are looking for a Part - time experienced dental receptionist to join our practice. The role will involve:
Booking in dental patients by phone or in person
Taking payments via card machine or cash
Organising patient appointments/ reminders
Dealing with referral letters and patient queries
Managing the dental diaries
Checking lab work is back for appointments
Answering social media / website queries
The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken and written English, good communication and computer skills also have good confidentiality skills. Organised, motivated and team player. Kind, caring and with compassionate attitude. Excellent client manner. We looking for a candidate with previous at least 1 year reception/ management skills and face to face client experience, ideally in dental industry who can manage their own work in organized manner.

Available days: Saturday 9 am -3.30pm with further availability working 1-2 days per week
