Role Details
Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £20,000 Basic (£40‑50,000 OTE uncapped)
Location: Glasgow
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working will be required.
We’re looking for someone passionate about cars, who loves managing a detailed and service‑led process and enjoys working as part of a fast‑paced and energetic team.
Responsibilities
* Meet, greet and build a natural rapport with customers arriving at the store.
* Deliver a no‑pressure sales service to identify and anticipate customer needs.
* Complete face‑to‑face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles in line with customer’s needs.
* Upsell relevant products and finance where appropriate.
* Complete the handover process ensuring a high level of customer service.
* Liaise with other key departments to ensure outstanding service, while managing expectations.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence.
* Proven track record of sales or excellent customer service.
* Experience in a sales environment or working to targets.
* Experience selling financial products (training provided).
* Ability to establish rapport and build relationships quickly.
* Flexibility to work weekends.
