Job Description
Working for a dedicated supplier and distributor of mechanical and electronic instrumentation for pressure, temperature and level measurement.
Due to the location of this client, you must have access to transport.
Key responsibilities and tasks
* Packing and unpacking consignments
* Dispatching goods via SAGE
* Complete and print shipping labels for UK & Export Shipments
* Putting stock away
* Learning to perform calibrations of equipment
* Preparation and completion of calibration certificates
* Conducting stock takes
* Conduct daily housekeeping duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
Skills and experience required:
* Good English, Maths and IT skills
* Physically fit - manual handling is a key part of the role
* Good teamwork and leadership skills with excellent communication
* The ability to complete paperwork and count stock items
* An understanding of health and safety regulations
* Honest, reliable, hard working with a "can do attitude"
