Role And Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Ownership
* Manage Data & Platforms across Europe, including data cleanroom and customer activation platforms, as strategic investments for major European markets.
* Define the platform roadmap and architecture to meet current and future business needs, with a focus on AI, automation, and machine learning by 2025.
* Lead project delivery for new platforms and enhancements to existing ones to ensure business ROI.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, consultancy agencies, and HQ technical teams, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement.
Strategy
* Define and execute data & platform strategies to boost sales via data collaboration with third parties.
Architecture
* Create platform roadmaps for data consolidation and integration.
* Highlight new data points and activate campaigns/services using data from cleanroom platforms.
Delivery
* Procure and implement new data cleanroom platforms.
* Enhance existing capabilities and integrate new channels and partners.
* Ensure smooth operation and support of data platforms.
* Partner with subsidiaries for pilot projects and explore emerging technologies to improve customer journeys.
* Collaborate on analytics and insights to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Supplier / Project Management
* Lead SLA management, work within multi-vendor frameworks, and manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
* Manage virtual teams of over 20 staff and align strategies with long-term goals.
* Ensure GDPR, e-privacy, and compliance adherence.
* Coordinate with various organizational units and partner agencies to define high-value market propositions.
Budget Management
* Forecast expenditures and optimize efficiencies.
* Prepare Statements of Work and coordinate legal approvals.
Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with European Digital Directors and subsidiaries to enhance data platforms and drive sales and retention.
* Prioritize requirements based on business value and ROI.
* Serve as the primary contact for European subsidiaries and HQ regarding data platform capabilities.
What We Need For This Role
* Leadership experience in managing regional and virtual teams, with strong communication skills.
* Technical expertise in data cleanrooms, analytics, and customer activation platforms.
* Proven track record delivering data platforms and analytics solutions.
* Experience presenting to senior management and securing organizational support.
* Knowledge of relevant technologies like Decentriq, Infosum, Liveramp, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
* Data manipulation and insight generation skills for media and CRM activations.
* Strong stakeholder management in complex, matrix, and international environments.
* Team management, conflict resolution, and creative feedback skills.
* Business results orientation with experience managing large marketing budgets.
* Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.
* Experience with big brands and data monetization.
* Fluency in European languages and exposure to Asian markets (desired).
* Agile or similar project management certifications.
* Experience with marketing platforms, data cleanrooms, and analytics platforms.
