The Family Solicitor will be:
3. Managing a varied caseload including divorce, financial provision and children matters
4. Advising clients on prenuptial and cohabitation agreements
5. Drafting separation agreements and representing clients in Children Act proceedings
6. Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
7. Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services
The Successful Applicant
The Family Solicitor should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 1-5 years PQE in family law
9. Experienced in handling a broad range of family matters
10. Skilled in client communication and relationship management
11. Proactive in business development and team collaboration
12. Organised, empathetic and confident in managing sensitive cases
