Our client is looking for an experienced multi-trader for a long-term contract within the North East. The client is based in County Durham and the work is throughout the North East.
Job description:
* Follow gas engineers after work on boiler installation
* Perform a wide range of construction tasks across different trades, such as carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, and more.
* Use your skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
* Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution of work.
* Void and occupied properties
Personal Specification:
* Must hold a valid CSCS card
* Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
* Previous labouring and multi trader experience.
* Manual handling
* Working at Heights
* Asbestos Awareness
* Clean DBS
