Are you passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We have multiple opportunities available for SEMH Teaching Assistants in Impington. These roles are on a daily supply basis, offering flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in students’ lives.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs.
2. Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs).Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
3. Work closely with teachers and other staff to enhance student progress.
4. Manage classroom behaviour and support emotional well-being.
Requirements:
5. Previous experience working with SEMH students.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Adaptability and the ability to work in various educational settings.
8. A positive, patient, and resilient attitude.
9. Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support (preferred but not required).
