About the Role
As a Reflection Manager, you will lead our reflection provision, guiding students to reflect, reset and re‑engage with learning. Working alongside senior leaders, teachers and pastoral teams, you will champion high standards, consistency and a calm, focused environment where every student can thrive.
What you’ll do
* Lead and manage the school’s reflection provision
* Support students to take responsibility and make positive choices
* Promote high expectations and a culture of respect
* Use data to track progress and drive improvement
* Work collaboratively to ensure consistent behaviour systems
What we’re looking for
* GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4+)
* Experience motivating young people and raising expectations
* Experience of working within a school or with children and teenagers
* Confidence using data to inform decisions
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Resilience and patience
Bonus if you have
* Degree, A levels or equivalent qualifications
* Experience working in partnership with external agencies
* Confidence with Google Workspace

Salary & Contract
Salary: NJC 19-23 £30,269 – £32,520 (Actual) £32,061 – £34,434 (FTE) + well‑being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: 37 per week, 43 weeks per year
Contract: Permanent
