Duties of a Carpenter:
1. Carpentry: Skirting, hang doors, fitting kitchens, locks, latches,
2. 1st/2nd fix carpentry
3. Plumbing – Tap chaanges, shower replacements, radiators, kitchens & bathrooms, installation of new pipework, mastic sealant
4. Patch Plastering
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Carpenter:
5. Social Housing Expereince
6. MUST HAVE – Full UK Driving License
7. MUST HAVE – CIty & Guilds / NVQ
