This business are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Ledger Clerk (PART TIME) to join their finance team. If you're passionate about numbers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of apany that builds with integrity, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
1. Purchase Ledger Management: Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate records.
2. Payment Runs: Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
3. Month-End Support: Assist with month-end reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
4. Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts role (construction industry experience is a plus).
5. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
6. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
7. A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
