You'll support customers, the sales team, and the warehouse to keep everything running smoothlyfrom order to installation. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and quotes Manage stock levels and track deliveries Answer customer calls and emails Keep customers updated on orders Maintain spreadsheets and records Support with basic customer queries Learn and use our system ( Orderwise ) What Were Looking For Great communicator and team player Strong Excel and data skills 12 years in admin or customer service Organised, reliable, and proactive Experience with ERP /order systems a plus GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) Hours: Monday to Friday : 9am-5pm
