You'll lead the implementation of the Production Test Philosophy within a Programme including:
* Definition of Test Equipment Requirements for the product.
* Deployment of diagnostic strategies for production.
* Verifying the Test Coverage of our current and future products to ensure they deliver the needs of our customers.
* Collaborating with Manufacturing and Production Design Support teams for Production Test activities.

Qualifications
* Ideally degree qualified or suitable equivalent experience with demonstrable experience in Mathematics, Physics or Engineering fields.
* Experience / Awareness of Development and Production Test Techniques and implementation.
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite with good communication skills.
Desired
* Knowledge of structured Model based System Engineering (MBSE) techniques.
* Experience in the development and implementation of test strategies and Automated Test Equipment for new products.
* Some experience of collaborating with Manufacturing Teams and Design teams.

Compensation and Working Conditions
Salary: Circa £55,000 depending on experience.
Location: Stevenage, Bolton or Bristol (relocation package may be offered).
Dynamic (hybrid) working: blended approach to on‑site and remote working where possible.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates must undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).
