The Position
We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our established commercial department, working in close collaboration with our cladding remediation team, offering a complete end-to-end service for high-rise and mid-rise façade remediation schemes. The location of the role will be split between our Head Office in Loughton, Essex and various cladding remediation sites across London, depending on project requirements.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Actively reviewing and analysing procurement and construction budgets, including design delivery programmes for the wider construction team and subcontractors, and preparing monthly cost reports and reconciliations.
Monitoring overall construction costs against the budget, as well as reporting risks and variances to the Senior/Managing Surveyor.
