Responsibilities
* Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
* Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
* Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
* Results focused, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
Requirements
* Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal and/or you've tackled night shifts before, even better.
* 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
* Due to responsibilities within the Bar Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to sell and handle alcohol.
Pay and Benefits
* Pay Rate: 13.80 per hour + an extra 1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing the rate to 15.30 per hour.
* You will also receive a service charge.
* Shift Pattern: Full-time, scheduled between 3:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
