Description
The In-House Construction Solicitor will be:
* Drafting & negotiating construction and general commercial agreements
* Advising stakeholders on NEC and JCT terms
* Preparing and securing collateral warranties
* Drafting, negotiating and completing bond documentation
* Managing initial stages of litigious matters and instructing/managing external panel firms
Profile
The In-House Construction Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with minimum 2?PQE in construction law
* Experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters (ideal)
* Well-versed in NEC, JCT and bond documents
* Confident managing external counsel and advising non-legal stakeholders
