Contract: Full-time, term-time only Start Date: ASAP Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral and Personal Development Lead to join our team. This is a non-teaching role that is central to promoting pupils’ wellbeing, personal growth, and engagement in school life. The successful candidate will support pupils and families across a broad range of responsibilities, including attendance monitoring, pastoral and behaviour support, family liaison, pupil voice, and the coordination of trips and enrichment activities.
