This includes: Leading and supporting multi-country payroll onboarding projects Acting as the link between clients, payroll providers, and internal teams Driving process improvements and system efficiencies Ensuring compliance across diverse payroll landscapes Supporting clients through complex payroll transformations What we’re looking for Solid experience in payroll (global or multi-country preferred) Exposure to payroll systems and implementations Strong client-facing and project coordination skills A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving ability Confidence working in a fast-paced, international environment Why consider this role?
