Lifeways is proud to be opening a brand-new supported living service right here in Tumble, and we’re looking for people from the local community to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a real difference to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Shift Patterns
Because this is a new service, shift times may vary. Expected patterns include:
* Day shifts: 7am–3pm or 3pm–10pm
* Sleep-in shifts: 10pm–8am
Flexibility is important, and applicants should be available to work a range of shifts.
What the Role Involves
As a Support Worker, you’ll help individuals live more independently, confidently, and safely. The people you’ll support are active, enjoy getting out into the community, and benefit from a team that encourages their independence.
No previous experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support.
